Daily Assistance & the NDIS
We have dedicated support workers and personal carers who can provide friendly and comforting assistance and disability services. Our support staff can come to your home in the mornings, afternoons or evenings to assist you with your daily tasks and everyday living. If you are a participant in the NDIS, you may be eligible for funding to help you with this important area of your life. ‘Assistance with Daily Life’ is a budget that falls under the category of ‘Core Supports.’ The funding includes assistance with daily personal tasks that allow you to live as independently and dignified as possible.
What exactly is daily assistance?
Assistance with Daily Life is tailored to a participant's daily activities based on their individual needs to live with the everyday impairment of their condition and work towards their objectives. This includes basic living aids to help a person live as independently as possible at home and be involved in the community.
